Each RIGID mouse is produced individually after you order. Orders are typically printed, painted, assembled and dispatched within 5–7 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

- Europe — €15
- North America — €20
- Asia — €20
- Africa — €20
- Oceania — €25
- South America — €25
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates are in addition to the 5–7 business day production time and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and destination.
- Ireland: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we can reship it once the return is received and reshipping costs are paid.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
